AYCO Abogados is leaded by Ms. Tatiana Arriagada Bustos, who helds a law degree at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (1996) and a master of laws in “International Legal Studies” (2006), at Georgetown University Law School, Washington D.C., where she also studied a course about “Foundations of American Law and Legal Education”(2005).

Ms. Arriagada has a vast professional experience in Chile and abroad. In 2005 she worked for Baker & McKenzie in Vienna, Austria. She specializes in domestic and international civil, commercial, corporate and dispute resolution related matters, rendering an integral consultancy that includes, among other, contracts, property studies, grant and cancelation of encumbrances; civil, commercial, antitrust and consumer protection litigation, labor and industrial matters; administrative procedures argued before public supervision commissions (e.g.: Superintendencias de Bancos, de Valores y Seguros, among others) and before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (Servicio de Impuestos Internos) and other public entities.
